What Kids Can't Wait Believes
All children deserve and enriching environment in which to grow and develop.
Affordable, accessible childcare allows families to work their way into economic stability.
Affordable care is key to economic development. Affordable, accessible childcare allows parents to work and employers to fill jobs.
Stable childcare creates stability for children, families, providers and employers.
Why CCAP Matters
Childcare, particularly through the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), helps children, families, and communities thrive. It is a two generation approach to broader economic security because it helps parents to work and provide for their families and children to succeed.
Kids and parents can't wait any longer for childcare -- and neither can families, communities, or our state. That's why we support creating affordable, accessible childcare opportunities for all Minnesota families, with a focus on increasing affordability and access for those with low incomes.
